Scott Maud

Scott joined TSG in 2016 and took on the role of Group CFO in 2018, with close to 20 years’ experience across multiple industries in both New Zealand and the UK. Since joining TSG, Scott has played a pivotal role as part of the leadership team, overseeing the change of ownership from Calera Capital to Advent International, and the recent burst of M&A activity, fuelling TSG’s highly ambitious growth plans. A core objective of Scott’s role is making sure strategy translates into performance.

Scott began his career as a Chartered Accountant at global consulting giant PwC, specialising in corporate finance and restructuring. Prior to joining TSG, Scott was the Commercial Finance Director at FMCG business Burton’s Biscuits in the UK, where he led financial planning and a sale of the business from Apollo to Ontario Teachers – biscuits will always have a place close to Scott’s heart.

Scott now lives in Auckland and on the weekends loves to spend time with his family at the beach, surfing, fishing and boating.
